A survey from the Social Weather Station (SWS) that asked participants about how they felt regarding the Covid19 pandemic in the country, whether the worst was behind us, or if the worst is yet to come, showed that 69% of Filipinos believe the former.
The survey was conducted in November last year, and showed an increase from 47%, in September.
Conversely, the number of Filipinos that believe the worst is yet to come, went down from 47% in Sept., to 31% in Nov.
1,500 adults were interviewed for the survey, with the majority of respondents, at 78%, that believe the worst is over, coming from Metro Manila.
As of February 17, the total number of Covid19 cases stands at 553,424.
