It’s their first team up together but young actress Sanya Lopez and debonaire actor Gabby Concepcion are taking the primetime by storm. Television audiences can’t deny that their chemistry is real.
When Sanya bagged the title role, the Kapuso actress admitted her kilig and admiration towards Gabby. This feeling is mutual as Gabby, on the other hand, also expressed his excitement about working opposite his new leading lady.
The natural spark between Sanya and Gabby proves to be strong as the dreamy love team has sent viewers swooning since First Yaya began airing mid-March.
Indeed, Yaya Melody and President Glenn Acosta’s love team provides the perfect breather during these trying times, consistently sending us positivity, laughter, and good vibes.
Acting-wise, Sanya is doing great as she shifts from drama to comedy (and vice versa) as she tackles the role of Melody, a high school grad on the lookout for better pasture but by fate ended as the yaya by no less than the children of the president of the land and falling in love with him in the process.
Likewise, Gabby is doing well and makes a believable president as he also shifts emotion from loving father to someone lovestruck to a man of great responsibility as the country’s head of state.
Gabby’s PGA or Glenn finds the caring and loving ways of Melody endearing to his kids and to himself and eventually falling for her too. But as the story progresses, however, other characters appear to be vying for the affection of Yaya Melody and of President Glenn Acosta, therefore threatening to break their tandem apart.
Find out how the couple will make things work for them as they are worlds apart –a president and a yaya, a modern version of Cinderella and her prince.
Would fate be kind to them and work out in their favor. Tired of melodramas on primetime? Watch First Yaya which would make one believe in the true power and magic of love.
It’s one simple yet magical story that’s enough to inspire many of us and pursue our own modern-day fairy-tale.
